We work on a small number of projects at one time. Our pipeline typically comprises 8-12 projects. Our extensive network of trusted professionals, including lawyers, contractors, and agents, combined with our friendly local connections, provides a solid support system for every project.

Halcyon Global Opportunities boasts a proven track record in real estate development, dating back to 2010. Led by Irina Marina, we started with buying small apartments shell and core, fitting them out and reselling them for a modest margin, gradually expanding to larger apartments and commercial spaces. Since establishing a presence in Cyprus in 2016, we have witnessed the immense potential this island holds, leading us to shift our primary focus there in 2022.
